About Introvue
Introvue is a structured self-reflection tool. It is not therapy, not medical care, and not crisis support — it's a guided way to look at a specific pattern, conflict, transition, decision, or setback more clearly than you can on your own.
How it works
You describe what's on your mind, and Introvue routes you to whichever of five modules fits best — Investigator, Counterparty, Mapmaker, Decision Simulator, or Debrief Partner. Each one runs a short, focused interview, then delivers a direct written analysis built only from what you actually said — no flattery, no hedging, no diagnosis. You can export it, revisit it, and Introvue will check back in on anything you committed to.
Who's behind it
Introvue was built by a practicing psychiatrist who wanted a tool that applies some of the same structured self-examination used in clinical settings, without claiming to replace a clinician, a therapist, or a real relationship. It is currently invite-only while it's tested with a small group of people the founder has personally invited.
If you're in crisis
Introvue is not equipped to help in a crisis. If you're thinking about harming yourself or someone else, please contact the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline (call or text 988 in the US) or your local emergency services.
Privacy, in short
What you write is yours. It is not viewed, sold, or used by anyone else beyond what's necessary to run the app. Read the full Privacy Policy for the details.
