Is Introvue therapy?
No. It's a structured self-reflection tool, not therapy, medical care, or crisis counseling, and using it doesn't create a clinical relationship of any kind. It's meant to sit alongside good judgment and real relationships, not replace them.
How does Introvue know which module fits what I'm working through?
You describe what's on your mind, and a quick classification step recommends one of the five modules based on that description. You can always pick a different one yourself before starting.
What are the five modules?
Investigator (a behavioral pattern you keep repeating), Counterparty (a conflict or conversation you need to navigate), Mapmaker (a transition between roles or life phases), Decision Simulator (a concrete decision between two options), and Debrief Partner (processing a setback that already happened).
How long does a session take?
Most sessions run somewhere in the range of a 10–20 minute focused interview, capped at roughly 45 minutes or 40 exchanges. You can pause and resume a session at any point if you need to step away.
Who can see what I write?
Only you, through the app — every query is scoped to your own account. See the Privacy Policy for exactly how that's enforced and what limited access the operator retains.
Does Introvue sell or share my data?
No. It's never sold, and it's never shared with advertisers, data brokers, or anyone else. The only place your interview content goes is to Anthropic's Claude API, solely to generate your interview and analysis.
What happens if I mention self-harm or harm to someone else?
Every message is screened before the interview model sees it. If something concerning comes up, the session ends immediately and you're shown crisis resources (including the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) instead of continuing.
Can I delete a session, or my whole account?
Both, any time, from inside the app. Deleting a session removes its transcript and analysis immediately. Deleting your account removes everything tied to it, including any retained safety records — no exceptions.
Can I export what Introvue gives me?
Yes, every completed analysis can be exported as Markdown or PDF from the session page.
Is Introvue free, and how do I get access?
Introvue is currently invite-only while it's being tested with a small group. If you don't have an invite code, reach out via the Contact page.
Is the analysis always right?
No — it reflects patterns in what you told it, built only from your own words, but it can still be wrong or miss context you didn't share. Treat it as a direct, structured second opinion, not a verdict.
Does Introvue remember past sessions?
Each interview session is self-contained, but hypotheses, warning signs, and commitments from past sessions are collected on the Open Patterns page so you can see what's still open across everything you've worked through.
