Privacy Policy

Last updated 2026

The short version: what you write in Introvue is not viewed, sold, or used for anything other than running the app and generating your analysis. We don't run ads, we don't sell or share data with data brokers or advertisers, and nobody reads your sessions out of curiosity.

What we collect

Your email address, the answers you give during an interview, the analysis Introvue generates from them, and any commitments or follow-up responses you record. We don't use analytics or tracking scripts, and we don't collect anything beyond what the app itself needs to function.

How your data is used

Your intake description and interview answers are sent to Anthropic's Claude API to generate the next question and, at the end, your analysis. That is the only purpose this data is used for. It is not used to train Anthropic's models, and Introvue does not use it for advertising, profiling, research, or anything else you haven't asked it to do.

Who can access it

The app is built so that only you can read your own sessions through Introvue — access is enforced at the database level, not just hidden in the interface. As the operator, the founder retains ordinary database administrator access, the same way any small app's operator can access its database to keep it running — but that access is not used to browse, read, or review your sessions. It exists for maintenance, debugging a reported problem, and the safety handling described below, never for routine viewing. Your data is never sold, and it is never shared with anyone else.

Safety monitoring

Every message you send is automatically screened for signs of self-harm or harm to others, before the interview model ever sees it. If something is flagged, the session ends immediately with crisis resources instead of continuing, and a short excerpt of the flagged message is retained separately for up to one year for audit and safety-improvement purposes. This is the one exception to normal deletion timing — and even it is erased permanently if you delete your entire account (see below).

Retention & deletion

Deleting an individual session permanently removes its transcript and analysis right away. Deleting your account removes everything tied to it — sessions, transcripts, analyses, follow-ups, and any retained safety-audit excerpts — with no exceptions and nothing recoverable afterward.

Security

Data is encrypted at rest, and every database query is scoped to your own account. Passwords are handled entirely by our authentication provider and are never visible to us in plain text.

Third-party services

Introvue runs on Supabase (database and authentication), Vercel (hosting), and Anthropic (the Claude API that powers the interviews and analyses). Each processes data only as needed to provide their service to Introvue — none of them are permitted to use your data for their own separate purposes.

Your rights

You can export any completed analysis as Markdown or PDF, delete any individual session, or permanently delete your entire account, all from the app itself — no request needed.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes in a way that affects how your data is handled, we'll update this page and, while Introvue remains invite-only, tell you directly.
